The two top images are the front and back of the card? And the two bottom images are the front and back of the COA?
If so, the card is NNO and the COA is card #PMDA-LC.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

I'm not into Basketball but I'm interested in how we do thing here. The card companies do not make it easy to list cards in sets.
Do we list both cards in this set? One with a card number and the other with NNO with a note with COA number?
Or do we have 2 sets?

I would think it could be some type of variation like when we list the mail in card of a redemption card.

I would make two sets. "Dual Patch Autographs" and "Dual Patch Autographs COAs". The COA sticker number would not be listed anywhere since each is unique to every single card.

I see your point about the COA sticker number.
How do we figure out which way to go? Does someone just pick it up and add an other set or just start adding Var cards?

Why VAR? As Chuck stated, it's a different set. There is 1 COA card for each of the cards in the set already here.

Definitely not my place to make that decision but I would vote to put it as a variation instead of a different set.

Just so I have this straight, you've asked how something should be done here, you have one of the most knowledgable members (C2Cigars is who I'm referring to as I consult him quite often on things) tell you how it should be done, and you're questioning it?
Is that what I'm seeing?
