Card Identification Forum

This 6 card set shows all cards as SN499.  The picture of the one card does not show a SN and the card I have in hand does not have a SN ether.  should it be PR or just no SN listed??

Reason I'm asking and not puting in a IR is the card I purchased was named a little diff (2013 Panini National Convention VIP Redemption Rookies) and can not find it any other place.

Looking at COMC, the full name looks like it should include "Rookies" at the end.

I also see nothing mentioning PR or SN for those cards.

Everything I can find does not have SN on them.    I'm going to do a IR on the cards to have it remove.

As far as the names of sets.  Who is the one to say what it is???     As I put in prices from my COMC purchases I have seen several diff naming of the sets.   In fact I have a few cards that the name is diff in Beckett, COMC, here and on Ebay.  So who is right?  Some one with a higher pay scale then me I do know that.

We try to use what the manufacturer used when announcing their sets. COMC has had to rebuild their checklists within the past few years, so they've had the benefit (or detriment) of hind-sight on several where the name may not match the manufacturer's naming. If we don't know what the manufacturer called it, we try to match off with what is printed on the card. If you find something that looks off, please submit an IR and the resolvers will review and change at their discretion (or pass it along to Admin to do the same).

I believe the SN came from Beckett.
