I have the full set of 1980 Seattle Sounders Fire Department set but not sure how to get it entered.

Those accounts are mostly accurate. They came out as paper cards in the Seattle Times. The idea was you’d take the paper cut outs to your local fire station and they’d give you the card for the cutting. However, they were also happy to just give you the cards without the cuttings.
