That's the same one I also saw... but nothing really to go on, being likely unlicensed which was a known thing for that era of cards of various sports

1990/91 BRODER NHL HOCKEY? there is a Brett Hull one with the same border as yours listed on eBay

Being very familiar with the Little Caesar's cards, I can guarantee you this is NOT a LC card.

No, we collected a lot of various Red Wings in the late 90s. :)

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.
