I have a fourth series 9 piece checklist/puzzle that's not listed on the site.  It isn't either one of these:

 Burn Chex checklist with puzzles

 Windhex checklist with puzzles

Should this be added to the database (I can scan each individually).

It looks like you have the "Windhex" version of the checklist.  Is there a reason you think you have a different version? Everything I've read says that only two versions of the checklist exist.

There is a problem with the insert set listing. IMHO, the checklist should not be listed as a seperate card but should only be listed in the insert set.

My confusion lies around naming and lack of scans for the front of the cards.  I thought that Windhex would refer to this card:

Perhaps it's just naming confusion on my part.  I can add the "wormy" front scans to the Windhex chklst if that's appropriate.
