I can't locate where this one goes. Can't even figure out the name of the insert it belongs to. I probably pulled it from a pack when it was new, but with Scoreboard being a college set, I just didn't care enough to remember.

COMC has the insert set incorrect. Card numbers from that insert set should be VBR1 - VB5. Possibly an insert from the 1996 Visions set that was not listed.

Those are definitely the same cards- but there's no V in the number. Also, this one is on significantly thinner cardstock than the Visions cards in my collection. I'm still confused, unfortunately.

So comc.com has a set called Vision Signings with the BR prefix and a set called Classic Vision Signings with the VBR prefix.

We might be getting somewhere. One of the Visions sets was multi sport. Was the other? I don't remember. This has the logo of the Scoreboard set, but...they were known to do various stupid things with branding. Scoreboard and Classic are the same company as well.

I think Billy's goes with 1996 Score Board Basketball Rookies.   The Visions cards have the Visions logo on reverse lower right.  I don't think this would have come from a Visions set.  Whether it's an insert, mail-in, or promo though, I have no idea.

The 1997 SB-BR base set incorporates the number 1997 into the brand logo on the front, so I guessed 1996. And yes, Score Board was a name change for Classic, as was already pointed out.
