Card Identification Forum

I'm hoping someone can help me identify where this plate might be in the database (if it's there at all).  I know these were inserted into 2013-14 National Treasures, but I haven't been able to find them on a checklist anywhere.  The back says that it's from 2012-13 Prime, as do other examples I've seen on eBay, but I can't match the image to anything else of Hunwick's, and the number actually corresponds to 2012-13 Dominion, though the image doesn't (again, same with examples I've seen for sale elsewhere).

Can someone please help me identify where it belongs so I can try to get it added to the database?  Thanks for looking!

We need to create a set in the inserts and related set of https://www.tradingcarddb.com/Inserts.cfm/sid/96343/2013-14-Panini-National-Treasures, called 2013-14 Panini National Treasures - 2012-13 Panini Dominion Peerless Patches Autographs Printing Plates Yellow. 

Edit: I found this card on the Panini checklist in the 2012-13 Prime product under Dominion Peerless Patches. 

These are so hard to figure out. I have a couple NBA examples I have not been able to figure out where to properly place as well. This one seems exceptionally confusing giving it doesn't match. 

The checklist should be posted under National Treasures, but I have no idea what should actually be on it- were every card from 2012-13 Prime included on the checklist? Does anybody actually know? I highly doubt it. 

Thanks a lot, SunDevilCollection!  I'd been wondering about that for a while since, like I said, I could never match up the image.  Plus it's extra confusing that the plate says it's from Prime but it's actually for Dominion.  Please let me know if I can help with the checklists.

Billy Kingsley, you aren't kidding these are confusing regardless of the sport!

So I guess that's an UER since the plate label states the wrong set.

C2Cigars, yep, that's it!  But yeah, all of those plates for each player say "Prime" on the back instead of Dominion, so I guess they did it for all of them.  Check out Pekka Rinne's card, for instance.  ‾\_(ツ)_/‾

From what I gather from CC and Panini, Dominion was inserted into Prime packs.

Oh how I love Panini and their checklists. :)
