i have 3 different sheets of these. Best guess is there somewhere between 2003 and 2006. I have 3 different sheets. When torn the cards are about the size of a 62 post baseball card. The first photo is of the sheet of cards and the 2nd is of the stickers to apply to the card. The backs are white with no printing.
