This card looks nearly identical to the 1993 Fleer Shell FACT cover card. The only difference is the "TEAM 1/TEAM 2" on the back of the card. Might this card belong to the 1994 Fleer Shell FACT set? (None of the cover cards have been scanned in the DB yet). Both the 1995 & 1996 cover cards look different.

The card you have is from the 1993 set. Burbank Sportscards has the 1994 Stay Fit Cover card on eBay.

What i'm seeing is that the front of the card looks exactly like the 1993 Fleer Shell FACT scorecard and the back of the card looks exactly like the one from the "1994 Stay Fit" scorecard on ebay that you sent me.
