These were a giveaway at a Suns game...pretty rare actually as the only way to get them originally was at the one game they held the promotion at. I'm not sure if those are all of them or not.
VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards.
