Through the back, you can see "The National 1991" in the embossed area. The autograph ones say "Certified Authentic"

There was an IR to add the Peete card to the National promos set, but there was no mention of a lack of red stripe.

These are well known to Pro Set master set collectors and have appeared on want lists sent my way for more than a decade. They've long been cataloged in the Beckett annual books (and online). Allegedly 250 sets produced but who really knows. There shouldn't be any issue adding them for that reason.

These are the only type I have been aware of and (it used to be a big deal when any would show up on ebay).
I had no idea that the ones I cited in Beckett had card numbers.
