I can not find this card in the database and I am not sure where to look. It says Topps Archives Signature Series, 2023. It is numbered out of 46. Thank you in Advance.

Wheeler needs to be added to the islist of players here https://www.tcdb.com/Inserts.cfm/sid/381697/2023-Topps-Archives-Signature-Series-Active-Player-Edition and then this card along with any others you can find will need to be added as the checklist.
