Creating Checklists

When I stated adding checklists, they seemed to be just fine. Now they don't seem to be coming out right. I just started 2010 UD USA Box Set and it just doesn't look right on the site. I know it's something I'm doing wrong but can't figure it out. Anyone have any advice or a better template?

Oh, there's a clock in my head and despite what it said, another one on the wall. They don't agree at all...

I don't think it's on your end. It looks fine except it's double lining the number area, which just looks sloppy. I've seen it before on checklists where there's long numbers. ie; USA-12.
