It has been awhile since I have been on the site…so I need to get reacquainted!

Is there an option to move a player checklist to an Excel document?

No. The site doesnt have any capability other than to text format. If you are skilled enough you can get that into excel. But there is no export to excel or any kind of 'data-centric' format available

Export to pdf then use one of the free online pdf to excel converters. There's some cleanup needed once into excel. Not super clean but it's doable.
