With Topps parallels there is usually a small code # on the bottom of the fine print on the back that distinguishes it, technically making the whole back different than other cards in the set. With Prizm parallels, nothing typically changes from parallel to parallel - but as another poster noted, the base cards aren't "Prizm" and don't have the "Prizm" logo on the back like the parallels, so they shouldn't be used as the back image for these. Another example of backs that are the exact same are the various color parallels of the Upper Deck Dazzlers insert set for Hockey.

I'd say if one absolutely knows what their doing, it should be ok to upload the same card back (in the example of the Prizm parallels). After all, we just need the referenced image to be correct. But it isn't a big deal to just scan the back of the same card you are scanning the front of and then don't have to worry about something being off.
