I have not found any information about uploading scans of cards.
Instructions would be nice.
Telling me where the instructions are to be found would be better.

This also seems like a good time to make you and potentially others aware of Billy's guide "How to make your scans look like the cards in hand". Do your best to straighten and crop your scans and they'll get approved easily, and then eventually you won't have to wait for approval. And feel free to ask questions here if you run into any problems!

My issue was with uploading scans.
I have a card that was not in the database.
I submitted the information about the card but could not find a way to upload a scan.
A checked back a week later and the new card was listed.
And the card listing had a gadget to upload a scan.

It seems that a scan cannot be uploaded for a card -not- in the database.
