I've had other site users tell me they can't see the comments I've added sometimes when listing a card in my sale / trade list.  Sometimes I'll note particular damage to a card.  Most often, I make notes on whether a panel in the database has been cut into various pieces, etc.  Is it correct that they can't see my comments?  Are those meant just for me?  Is there somewhere else I can make comments so they'll see it and I don't have to do so much explaining when a card with comments is requested in a trade?  Thanks.

Following...I would like to know the answer to this one, too!

I thought that if you click on a card, then find the user's name in the For Trade/For Sale list, that the comment will show up there. But it doesn't. :/ Would clicking on the card in someone's collection show it? It does for me, so that's the only place where I think it would show for sure.

That could be.  It would be nice if, until the trade is agreed to or the card(s) are in my collection, that the link was to the original owner's collection, notes, etc. 

I've been able to find it while digging into the person's collection itself. Lengthy process, but it can be found.

There is a Feature Request in for something like this. I like the general idea, but it is noted that sometimes those comments are useful only to the current owner. I mention at the bottom the feature thread that it might be better if there was a Condition Notes field that was mandatory if you select a Condition other than Mint (or NrMt), and that Condition Notes field could be displayed during trade matching.
