For the past few weeks i've had problems logging on to the site on my i-phone. I'm not compuer/phone tech smart so have no clue why but this is getting to be a pain. On my computer no problems for the most part but on my phone, I click on an email link to view a transaction or message and it asks me to log in. Every time I open an email on my phone, click the transaction update link or message it asks me to login. I do but always says user name and/or pssword don't match. I try very hard and go slow and even had others try but almost every time it says the above message. So last night I clicked forgot password on my phone and computer to update them one after the other and that seemed to work. But today I got an email so clicked the link and back to the same message. Like I said i'm not technically inclined so have no idea whats up all of a sudden. I restarted both but nothing worked. Could it be cookies, need to clear the cache on the phone or something like that? Any help, ideas or tips would begreatly appreciated! Thanks! Randy

I can't speak to the iPhone specifically but I had pretty much the same issue on my Android phone and clearing the cache on my browser (Chrome) fixed it

I just recently encountered this issue on my pnone and on a laptop. I had recently changed my password, and when attempting to log in, it kept telling me the password was incorrect. After clearing the cache on each device, log in was successful.

Yep - you can just clear the cookies for this site specifically. That will do it.

Instead of starting a new thread, I figured I'd just add on to this one. I recently got a Chromebook, and it was suggested to update my password on here (smart to do after 8 years), so I did. Got back on the desktop and had the same issue others had on their phones. I didn't clear cache, but I think I got it to work again. I think entering passwords is my least favorite thing about getting a new computer.

I highly recommend a free password manager like Bitwarden that you can use on multiple devices to save you the hassle of something like that

I might consider that, but thankfully I don't change computers except every few years. It is something to look into though, thanks!
