Is there a way to see the feedback that members have left for other members?  That is another gauge to see how that member acts and reacts to others.  This could be useful when you are deciding to deal with someone you haven't dealt with before.  I cannot even see the feedback that I have left for others.  At least I cannot find that link anywhere.  Thanks.

Not as of yet. There is a suggestion for this in the New Feature Tracker:

If you rank this a "1", it means it's your highest priority item.

I recommend everyone go there and vote on the items that mean the most to you. It helps Admin know what's important to the membership, and helps prioritize updates.
