Where is the best place to update pricing on cards?  Is it in "add/edit details" section per card?

ive been doing it that way recently and including a link in the comments section of each card to where I found the recently sold prices. 

just want to make sure I'm doing this correctly, thanks. 

Not correct. The link would be included in the report for the pricing.

Any of your user comments on cards about the pricing will need to be removed as that is an inappropriate use of the comment field.

It sounds like your only adding prices to your personal collection.  To add prices to the site: Click on card description - click on Submit a Price or if a Med. Price is present click on it.
