All that should need to happen s to copy the sale link into the Submit a Price tool. The drop-down defaults to Auction

When uploading the URL, use the URL from the completed auction. To get to this just go to your purchase history and click on the item. From there it should have the price you paid for the item and when the auction completed. (Here's an example of a good URL to a completed auction: https://www.ebay.com/itm/313580530458 ). That way when someone checks to see if the price should be accepted they will go to the link and say the price is approved.

Interesting...I entered some prices for Cards I have but noticed they did not show up in the Image Price but only in my Collection. I entered those through Edit Details. I got pricing for recently sold ebay items.
I thought about entering some pricing but did not as a couple were Bowman Rookie Autos. That price could fluctuate a great deal in the future. The Beam Team Griffey, Jr Black /99 may hold the same value. I know pricing is way off on the site and I like helping out with things I can, but is a recently sold price for an up and coming Card the way to go?

When you enter through that path you are just adding pricing to your collection. If you want to add the DB itself there is the "Submit a Price" path. Under the image (or blank space if no image) you'll see either that phrase or, if there is price info alread, a Median price. Clicking that link will bring you to a page with more info to add to the DB itself

Yes. That is why I held off on entering pricing into the DB. The Auto I hit in Bowman a month ago has already dropped $60 in sold prices. Entering into my Collection isn't hurting anything, but entering info in the DB that may change in a month, is just something I did not entertain.
I hit a Griffey, Jr Beam Team /99. The sold price was $40. That may hold in that price range. I started to enter that into the DB but was wanting to research and learn more. Oddly enough this forum came up. I may begin to enter pricing on Cards at some point. Adding images has been my main contribution this year. I am learning more as get older. LOL. I started collecting in 1978.
