I don't think these should be added. This doesn't seem to be the only way these were made available, therefore, it's the equivalent of listing Topps' uncut sheets (which Admin does mot allow).
Unless you can prove that you couldn't walk into a PO in St,. Vincent and buy just one stamp, these should not get listed.

Grenada stamps were a separate release.
Ebay sellers can state anything.
Neither proves anything. Please prove that this was the only form of release.

Dan,
I dont get it. You ask me to do things a certain way, I take my time and do it. Did you look at the ebay link at all? There are 9 different retail sheets that have 9 stamps each. 9x9 = 81 stamps which is the amount of stamps in the regular release as individual stamps. However, these sheets are all printed as retail with the MLB licensed stamp on it as well as the MLB Players License. Each sheet is color coded as well. Why is this any different than the Grenada which is also color coded per sheet AND has the same two licensed logos on them as well?

Who's even saying that the Grenada set was listed correctly?
I'm talking about this set here. Forget anything else on the site. Nothing is "precedence" on here because we're crowd-sourced and stuff "slips through" all the time.
If one could walk into a PO in St. Vincent and buy one of these stamps, then the distribution is single stamps and panels are not allowed. I know I can walk into a PO here and get a single stamp. Prove that this was the SOLE distribution, and we'll list them. Otherwise, they do not get listed because we're following the actual rules of the site.

Aren't these literally postage stamps.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

This is not my main area of knowledge, but I do know a little. I believe that these and other similar issues were technically postage stamps, but were created specifically to sell to collectors and not actually intended to be used to mail things. There is a name specifically for that kind of stamp, but I can't remember it. The US did not issue stamps in that format but some countries have made a lot of money for their economy by doing it, as well as issuing NCLTs, which are "coins" that have a face value and could in theory be spent, but are made of more expensive metals and sell for many multiples of their face value. The USA does partake in that, for example the NCLT with a $1 face value sells for I believe$60 new. Although that's a different hobby it's the same principal.
There is a divide in the hobbies, some do not consider the items (stamps or coins) made specifically to sell collectors and not be used to be legitimate issues, but I'm not sure that's germaine to whether they get listed here or not. Especially as trading cards and ephemera of our hobby is always created specifically for collectors, not for financial or postal requirements.
I do not have enough knowledge to know if these were sold separately, but I would doubt it. Some of the made for collectors items weren't available at all in the country they were supposedly issued for, I've read.

VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards.
