Is this considered a UER ?

Penalty minutes on card is 2.

Hard copy reference books including NHL guides from the 1960's with year-by-year player stats agree PIM=2.

The NHL has gone through historical records and made adjustments. Now officially PIM=0.

So, is this a UER ?

I'd say no. At the time the card was made it was accurate. Leagues changing the rules decades later shouldn't make these retroactively UERs. If so, these are thousands of cards in here that would needs notes.

I agree. There have been groups that have scoured the various league records making corrections. If the information that the card companies had at the time of printing is correct at that time, we should not go back and make them UERs. ------------------------------- *Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.*

Jim and Chuck are correct. It wasn't an error at the time, it was what they thought was correct. If they had typed in 3, now that would be an error. Just an example, I do not know if that has ever happened on a card.
