I've tried a couple of times now to use the "Move all duplicates in this collection to for trade/sale list" on the main page of my main collection and nothing happens after 24 hours. I definitely have a lot of dupes, is this function not working (is there any way to know without rial and error)? Am I missing a step? 

Do you have multiple collections?  I think you have to do it within the specific collection where the 2 cards are found.
