There is no clear definition of:
Disproportioned, What does that mean? How is it fixed?
Incomplete, same questions?
On the sticker, blank backs or fronts, the same images were used....How do some pass review and others don't? How can that be? Same image !

Disproportioned....hour glass effect. Usually happens when a chrome card is too curvy when scanned, and almost always 100% when photographed
Incomplete...Over cropped so part of the card is missing, or miss cropped and a good portion of the card is chopped off. Happens most often on the edges and card numbers logos are chopped in half or missing a piece. Can also be a card that is missing pieces like those tea baseball cards where the back half has been removed
As for your sticker question cannot comment as I have no idea what set you are referring towards.

Strange, in each case a puzzle?
Disproportioned, ? Not a photo, and scanned flatter than flat for sure.
Incomplete, Maybe missing pieces, I'll check. The software cropped it so i didn't over or under crop.
1990 Fleer Stickers blank backs, I used the same back BigEd used for each card. That baffles me.
Anywho, What happens now? Rescan? Readd? Recrop? Re what?

Advice - NEVER use the auto-crop. You never know what you're going to get, and it almost always guarantees re-work.

Disproportioned means not in the proper Height x Width dimension ratio. The minimum size proportion is 350 x 250. If you divide the height (long side) by the width (short side) the results must be 1.4, e.g., 350 divided by 250 = 1.4

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

1. OK, no auto crop. Isn't that what Photoscape does though? And why so many use it? Just not auto crop but other adjustments like straightening? Need to know, and get it right.
2. Can images already onsite be used? ex. sticker backs These have obviously been deemed good.
3. Which option is better? Quantity over quality, like 100 w/ 10 redos in a given time? OR Quality over Quantity, like 50 w/ 5 redos in the same given time? Which is better for me? Which is better for the site? OR Would 25 w/ 0 redos be the best.?

1 - Photoscape is manual cropping. I crop every image I upload manually. Straighten too.
2 - NO! All images get resized when displayed for the card page - these sizes are not suitable for adding elsewhere. It's like making a photocopy of a photocopy - the resolution keeps degrading.
3 - No redos at all. 25 won't get you noticed. It's quality and quantity. And if you're still getting stuff rejected in the queue, that's not boding well for you.
