I don't see a method for searching the forums, so excuse the question if it's already been answered (or, help me search the forum).

I'm new here, started adding by baseball card collections from the early 90s. Wondering on the best way to add a box set. I currently have a large quantity of 1991 Upper Deck cards, but also have a complete box set. I've added all the individual cards, but do I bother with the box set as well (as it won't really be broken up, if I decide to do anything with the cards).

I have the same situation with a box set of Score cards, which I also have many individuals.

You can used the "unopened material" option to add a complete set.

You will find that towards the bottom of the "collection summary" page.

Just for clarification, what you are calling a "box set" in this thread is what is commonly referred to in the hobby as a "Factory Set".

What is commonly referred to inthe hobby as a "box set" is usually limited to about 50 cards (commonly 33 or 44).

Perfect, thanks - and thanks for updating my terminology. The boxes I have say "Complete Set" but I'll definitely refer to them as Factory Sets.

Also, the top level of the forums (Main / Forums) has a search link on the right side.  Once inside a specific forum (Main / Forums / Site Forum in this case), there's no way I've found to start a search. Unless I'm missing something also, it may be time to request a new item to be added to the Feature Tracker.

From the home page, click the "More" directly under the forum section.  You should see the search option on the next screen.
