Should these cards be linked to both who the card is of as well as the person actually featured in the photo?

Any card where the player depicted on the card is mistakenly different than the guy with the name and stats on the card.

Generally speaking, the rule has been to mark it as an UER (or ERR if corrected), and list it as the player the card was meant o be for.
Example: 1990 Donruss MVP set John Smoltz Error vs John Smoltz Correct. Even though the error is clearly not Smoltz (and the player is well-known), the card is still strictly a "John Smoltz" card.
Another example: 1969 Topps Aurelio Rodriguez. This was a bat boy who would most certainly not have a PID. Should we make a PID because he was mistakenly added to a card?

I thought not, but thought I would double-check.

Just presenting a ridiculous "what-if" scenario here, but if C2Cigars does a 2018 set, and uses a picture of me, but uses the name Shaquille O'Neal, which PID should the card be linked to?

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

Hey, it'd be an honest mistake. I always get you two mixed up.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

I was curious about this too. Just to be 100% clear. We would NOT link this card to both Scott Shockey (named on card) and Mo Sanford (actually in photo)?
