Letters or #s for checklists?

I'm fairly new to this wonderful site. I have a question concerning what should be used in checklists. For the number in the checklist what should be used? Should it be the #s or letters actualy printed on the card? Ie....#25 or CG-AR. I have seen it listed differrently on many of the football cards. Just curious, looking for consistancy. How or who changes/corrects these if they do not fit the criteria?

Checklists should reflect what is actually on the card. I know that Panini always provide numerical checklists, but members need to check COMC or eBay to find the real card numbers on the back. If you find a checklist that has card numbers incorrectly, submit an inaccuracy report (IR) and Level 7 members or higher and Admin will change them.

That should read "...Level 7 or above members or Admin..." as we also have a Level 8 in the permissions.
