Who are you addressing this to? I'm not sure how Admin is supposed to design his site for one specific user in one specific browser. I don't typically use Microsoft Edge, but I just tried. In version 41.16299.402.0 I do not see the issues that you are seeing.
Others have chimed in here offering suggestions. Have you tried a different browser? Or have you tried using an ad blocker? Do you have a plugin of some sort that might be interfering with use of the site? So many variables are at play here. Difficult to say that this is the site's fault.

I also use Edge and have had a couple of stutters this morning but nothing major. I just did a Microsoft update so for me it is probably something causing a conflict temporarily. I am using Firefox now I haven't had any hiccups so it is definitly the Microsoft Edge update for me.

Like I stated previous, I prefer my old version of Firefox; I don't care for Chrome but use it for this site.
From the FAQ:
What is the best web browser to use for the site?
The site is best experienced on Google Chrome. If you are using a different browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc.) and are experiencing issues navigating the site, especially with latency, try switching to Google Chrome. Google Chrome is a free download available at this link: http://www.google.com/chrome/

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

Try going to your Task Manager and seeing exactly what is slowing you down. Google Installer tends to slow my laptop when it's running, even though it's not even installing anything. There were a couple of other programs that were causing freezing of my computer too. Quick way to get to the Task Manager is Ctrl+Alt+Delete.

Cool. Didn't know that. Did that start with Win10 or what? When I was using XP, C/A/D went to task manager. I didn't use anything after XP until I got this Win10 laptop. Since I first tried C/A/D on here, I wondered if there was a quicker way. Thanks for letting me know that there is one!

In the Processes tab, look for things taking up massive amounts of memory or disk space. They usually show in orange boxes. Just don't shut down "System" or most of the Windows programs. Sometimes, a single Firefox page/tab is slowing the whole computer. You can right-click and shut it down. The tab will crash and you can go back to the tab and restore it. It usually will use less resources then. If a whole window shuts down, you can bring it right back up by opening the program again.
A big thing to look for is a program called Superfetch. If that's running on your computer and locking it up, shut that program down. I had to completely stop that program from ever running b/c it constantly locked up my laptop.
