In the IRs on regular card pages and set pages (maybe even the requests for possible missing sets) - if you include a URL, that begins with http, the system will not accept it (maybe Admin was getting too much SPAM). If you're going to include a URL, delete the stuff before www, but leave the www. Then at least the address can be copied and pasted by the person doing the resolving.

Great thread Dan! I definitely agree with "Possible missing set" ideas. I don't have the time to hunt down a set with no real idea where I can find info on that possible missing CL.
One thing I've seen that really bugs me with the IR's is that sometimes there is no APPROVE button to second a fix. Only a DENY button shows up. None of the times this has happened to me were something that I reported. I was just wanting to second the vote to make the fix, but that wasn't an option. It seems random as to when I come across this issue.

Spaz - there are certain things that only Admin can finalize. Some things we can, but others, he's reserved the right to "veto" the Level 8s' requests. He has allowed the Level 8's to stop something from happening on that last step, but not to let it happen. It's all good. Just look at how much we're able to do right now than just 1 year ago! Pretty amazing progress.

On that note, unless something has changed, any IR that we Level 8's submit can only be viewed by Admin, right?
Would anyone else find it useful if the Tools that are available to a Level 8 in the Innacuracies Help section were also available to us on the Report Innacuracies page? There are a lot of changes that would be a lot easier to make by submitting through those tools for other Level 8's to simply confirm and approve, rather than having to go in and manually make the changes card-by-card.

OOoooh - now there's a real nice suggestion. E-mail the content of your post to Admin. That's a fantastic idea.

Hey Dan-
Admin clued me in on something I had missed. We already have this ability, albeit with one additional step. If we (any Level 8 member) submit an IR, we can view OUR OWN reports and use the tools just like on any other IR we are resolving. It does work, I just tried it out on a set that needed NNO1, NNO2, etc., changed to all NNO.

I never submit an IR for something I can fix myself. Fixing card numbers is easy. There is no need for a report if you already have the ability to change that.
As for me only seeing a DENY button sometimes... what's the point of ADMIN wanting 2 members to Approve something if a 2nd member can't actually approve it? Maybe there should be a list of what things get approved twice before being done or going to Admin and the things that go straight to Admin after the first approval.
