Can I Create a Set when I have All the Cards in the Database?

I'm not sure I understand the question. If all the cards are in the database, then the set has already been created.

Can you expand on the description of what you are trying to do?

I will Use Example of a Smal Set. I have Ken Griffeys Mother Cards only 4 but I want to track them as a set with Extras Does that help Any?
