FYI ... Admin put a fix in on Friday for this. Testing with vroomed this morning proved successful, so hopefully that was the only cause of the duplicates.

It appears it went into affect late yesterday evening. I got back into town yesterday and did 7 updates on transactions. The first 5 sent 2 messages and the late 2 only sent one message each.
