Modern cards are shot out of printing machines at fast rates and squiggles like that can occur. machines are as close to perfection we've come but nothing is perfect. A possible explanation is that the red printer head, (Or whatever term they use to define the internal parts,) was failing when that card was printed. Mechanical failures really don't increase the value of a card.
