Is there a way to connect my database of cards to an Ebay listing/

If you're asking about being able to list your FS/FT list here as ebay listings, currently, there isn't a mechanism to do that.

However, you can add the URL for the card's page to your ebay listings (I have done this for minor league baseball card sets to point to the checklist). You would still need to upload your own images. Not sure if this is what you were going after.
