I have a card in this set Canvas Combos Johnny Bench/Carlton Fisk /12 Card # cc-214 and cannot find  where to add it to my database.  Thank you in advance to your help.  

I think that set needs to be added. You will need to submit a Missing Set IR with a checklist.

Beckett seems to have one posted here: https://www.beckett.com/news/2023-leaf-art-of-sport/.

There seems to be alot of subsets and parallels in this multisport release.
