I had won 2 auctions from the same seller, years ago. For whatever reason, I was the only bidder on both cards. One was basically a base card, worth not much more than the $1.00 starting bid. The other was a extremely short Serial #'d, autographed Vinny Testaverde buyback card, worth a lot more, than the $1.00 starting bid. When I received the intact, well packaged, padded envelope, and opened it. There was only the base card inside. When I messaged him, about the missing card, his immediate response was, They were both in there, I don't know what happened, I will refund your $1.00. Basically end of story. No recourse.
Most sellers are pretty good, some are excellent, and unfortunately, then there are the skells.

So I just bought a card in an auction on eBay. Pretty sure it sold for much less than the seller had expected it to, but that's the chance you take, right?
Within a minute or two of the auction being over, the seller canceled the auction with the reasoning that the item is "out of stock or damaged." This is really lame. Is there any way to report this or do anything about it?
