Looks like Amazon has a new way to fool people into buying junk wax packs. $40 for a repack of 1988, 1989 or 1990 Fleer or Donruss, maybe a pack of 2021 or 2022 Topps, Topps Opening Day or Topps Chrome, and a PSA 8 or PSA 9 common.

Even worse about them is this egregious error in their description (I have bolded the error):
- Want to know what players you could have inside your pack? Yikes, didn't even notice that one. I liked this though:
It costs $30 and a wait time of a year if you wanted to get your own card graded by PSA
Just in case you guys were planning to get a common Jesus Aguilar graded like they did...

The grammatical error after "Of course" was the first clue that this was a garbage outfit, but claiming to be jam-packed full of stars was the obvious one. They were selling too hard at that point for it to be real.

I never got the appeal of blind packs like these. I get buying bulk boxes of mixed cards when you are looking for filler commons or just starting off in the hobby, but most people who would spend $40 on a small lot of cards are those with established collections who would be better off targeting exactly what they want. And when you buy bulk usually when you shop on local market places you can find large collections for cheap if you are willing to buy a large enough collection you can spend less than a penny a card.
