Don't visit the forums a lot so not sure if this is common news but wanted to let the hockey card collectors know the new Tim Hortons cards are in store's October 3rd from an advertisement I saw today.
If any rural or U.S. friends are interested I am more than willing to buy some and ship to you at the cost I pay plus shipping or will trade an unopened theee pack of cards (any amount within reason) for anything I need on my want list. I have trading turned off so just send me a message. Randy

I only hope the quality control is better than the last year or two.

I could probably buy the already complete sets cheaper somewhere else, but I like getting my maildays.

I'm probably not going to buy many packs this year. I went for a set a few years ago, but people go absolutely crazy with backroom deals buying up all the stock. I'd be fine if they placed a limit on packs like they used to when McDonalds sold hockey cards.

I agree, the back edges on darker backgrounds especially were horrible.

Yeah I hear yeah. I was trying to find a box everywhere and it was near the end of sales I found one last year.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

I am always saying to myself that I'll stop building Tim Horton's set each year, but I continued to do so. Except this time, the lack of quality control and repetitive design really turned me off. If you guys in the U.S. want packs (instead of waiting for the aftermarket), I don't mind to go buying them for you. It would be their price + shipping, unless we find a better arrangement (trade?). Just PM. By the way, I still have some cards from the previous sets on my trade list.

Not available to me as I'm in a small rural town here in Alberta but I do manage to get a few packs from time to time. Is there any type of checklist out yet?

Not yet that I've seen. Surprised they don't have it on here yet.
