This may seem like overkill, but I like to put my cards, mainly 60's ,70's and 80's cards, in penny sleeves first and then place them in the 9 pocket Ultra Pro Protectors, which of course go in a binder. Again, maybe overkill with the cost of protection for cardboard, but for my OCD, feels it is necessary. Attained that OCD, through many decades of collecting cards, dont you know. Ufd da.
Anyway, I have forgotten which penny sleeve brand and type fits the Ultra Pro 9 pocket protectors. I beleive I was using the Pro Safe standard penny sleeves, but not sure. The Cardboard Gold standard penny sleeves that I have, do not fit, they create wrinkles in the Ultra Pro 9 pocket protectors. Been awhile since I have added to my binders. Most of my cards go in pennysleeves or pennysleeves with Top loaders, then go in 1600, 3200 or 5000 count boxes, with lids. Again, allot of cost of protection for cardboard, but I plan to keep these till my family has to deal with them.
I beleive the reason I probably went with the Pro Safe penny sleeves, is that they fit the 9 pocket, they had the same quality and standards as Ultr Pro, but were much less expensive. But I could be wrong. Been may years again, since I added cards to my binders.
Please let me know which penny sleeve brand and type will fit the 9 pocket Ultra Pro Protectors. Also if you have experience with this type of configuration, please share.
Take care
