What does new Publish button actually do?

I have no idea and have always been curious about that. It's not new though. It's been there for quite a while. I just click NO since I have no idea what is the purpose.

If clicked yes it means anyone can see which cards you traded. If no is selected it means only the two people in the trade can see which cards changed hands.

VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards.

The only points I can see of doing it is either a) browsing interests of those who like to see cards traded, b) bragging rights or c) seeing what someone you wish to trade with ended up making a trade for (to compare quantities of cards, types of cards, etc). It might just be a feature that's available but possibly little used.
