What is Deion Sanders correct rookie card?

Is it his 1989 Topps Traded Card

Or his 1990 Score Card

If it is the 1989 card why are the 89 Donruss Rookies card and the 89 Fleer Update card designated as XRC

If it is the 1990 Score why aren't his other 1990 cards RCs

I suspect there is an error somewhere but it might just be that I am not undestanding how these things are defined.

IMHO it should be the '89 and I have no idea why the others are XRC instead of RC since all 3 sets were hobby only not in packs like the 1990/91 topps traded sets were .

I fail to see how that is relevant but I lack the passion to debate it. XRC should be the first card of a player after they play MLB games but BEFORE they have MLB stats on the card. So all of his 1989 cards should be XRC and his 1990 cards should be the true RC.
