I always thought it would have been these Regina rugby union cards but they are pre-dated by 2 years by these Ninja Turtle cards so I guess the turtles win this race!

Probably 1987 Topps baseball. Possibly '86.

I saw the best cards of my generation destroyed by creases, soft cornered hysterical edge wear, dragging themselves through the hobby shops at dawn looking for a top loader...

1978 Topps baseball 20¢ packs started it all for me. Still one of my favorite sets.

1986 Topps Baseball.
I was not born anytime near 1986, but I found them for 25 cents a piece so I bought them on a whim.
Many years later, here I am with TWO complete sets of this year. I frankly don't remember getting the second one.

Didn't think I'd get this far from building robots in the garage, but here we are now. Wish I could make a robot that could scan every image of my cards in here...

1964 Addams Family. I was 5 years old, and loved the show!
Later, when I was 10, I opened some 1970 Topps Baseball, and later some 1970 Topps Football.

I think it was probably 2002 Topps Total but I don't remember for sure. I got a cool Edgar Martinez insert in it.

Hard to remember for sure but most likely 1986 Topps Baseball or Football. My dad used to get the for me on his way home from work at the gas station. I had several Jerry Rice cards at one time. Never pulled the Cecil Fielder lol.

If anyone wants to send me cards from my wantlist or teams I like, I am happy to accept :)

I was 8 years old and had been watching football for a few years but didn't know cards were a thing until one day in the fall of '78 when I was in 2nd grade a kid brought some to school. I went home and told my parents all about football cards and how cool they were. Fast forward to Christmas of '78 and Santa Claus left a dozen or so packs of 1978 Topps football cards in my stocking.
