Topps refund or exchange?

I bought a 2020 Clearly Authentic yesterday from my LCS. I pulled a Will Smith 22/50, but the card has a long cut or mark down the center of the card. It's still in the factory case and sealed. Does anyone know that if I contacted Topps customer service if they will do anything for this situation, or am I just stuck with it? Thanks
