So, I noticed that this card (https://www.tcdb.com/ViewCard.cfm/sid/4868/cid/1186604/1989-90-O-Pee-Chee-29-Andy-Brickley) is listed as a rookie card. However, Brickley had played for several seasons before that. Is this a mislabel, or is there another reason that this is considered a RC? Thanks. Also, sorry if the answer is obvious, I'm still kinda new here
