If he's from Mississippi is it possible he was affected by the hurricane?

Unfortunately after I saw his feedback with not getting cards from February to mjprigge I'd say there's no excuse at all for that. We traded after February if memory serves me correctly. And mjprigge is a friend of mine prior to this site, so I take his word highly. Sucks to see people getting burned by someone. 

You could always email Kevin Eubank and ask if he knew of any good reason why his project manager would have swindled you.  The might embarrass the guy enough to make good on the deal.
