2007 Donruss Classics football errors

I have a Daunte Culpepper card that has Tom Brady's name on the front, did a quick google search and see there are quite a few in this set with the wrong names but I don't see the error cards listed in the checklist. I don't know enough about the set but should these cards be added as errors?

The names were applied in foil. It's just a case of misfoiling; wrong sheets at the wrong time going through the foiling step. Misfoils don't get listed here. ------------------------------- *Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.*
