I've looked at two other sources (CC and Beckett), they both have card #218 as: #218 Ezekiel Elliott Dallas Cowboys – Panini Rookie of the Week, Week 10 (November 18)

There is already a card #205 in the checklist for Ezekiel Elliott. https://www.tradingcarddb.com/ViewCard.cfm/sid/139079/cid/10078437/2016-Panini-Instant-205-Ezekiel-Elliott This is the #218 Elliott card.
