Tell me about it. The buybacks era is out of control. I'm wondering if this need to be broken up into 2 or 3 sets

In football, maybe. But it doesn't come close to the 2007 Topps Moments and Milestones set @ over 12K cards. It's also about 1500 less than the 2008 UD Yankee Stadium Legacy set.

FYI, don't rely on the numbering from Cardboard Connections when building the CL. The buyback cards do NOT have any special numbering. Instead, they have the same numbering as the buyback card

YES! It's widely thought of as the most ridiculous set ever made. I'd say 2008 UD Documentary and 1998 Topps Tek are next in line for that honor. Documentary was bad because they kept using the same photos for completely different cards that didn't always even mention the person pictured. Topps Tek was a "small" 90-card set, but there were dozens of versions of every single card.
As for the Honors cards (or ANY buyback re-releases), I have absolutely no interest in them. It doesn't mean I won't acquire them though. I'm not going to buy them though. I might trade for them and would keep any I pull from boxes or packs, but only if they are of my teams.

alrighty folks.. have the CL completed and save as two files-
1. the AS IS- this is as the CL comes from the MFR (which is the same as Cardboard and Beckett). So i can upload that as the CL was made or...
2. By Player Alphabetical order by first name. The cards that were dual, trio or quads would fall into the same sequence as listed on the original CL.
After looking at both, the Alpha order looks more smooth and easier to find if you had the web page. But let me know which is prefered

The CL should be listed by the number on the cards. When multiple cards have the same number, then alphabetical order should be used for each card of that number.

Spaz FTW.
Yes, all checklists are to be uploaded in numerical order. Only NNO checklists should be uploaded in alpha-order by last name.
And yes, if there are multiple card #133, then alpha-order within the same numbers. (Or, what I've been doing in the buyback sets is listing them in chronological order.)
