All I know is I want to receive a massage now.

I got a PM from candice87 also. It was 1:09pm Thursday. My PM was different from what RJ posted or what was in the forum thread. So the PM is typed out, not a quick copy/paste. I replied a bit over 12 hours later with what I felt was helpful info. I wouldn't be so quick to call "SCAM", but I also would hesitate to deal with this person without much more info. This seems like someone who really needs help from someone who knows the cards. "She" contacted several members and then posted a thread when not getting a quick reply to any PM's. I think it's worth hearing her out and at least informing her what she has and what she can do with them. We know the methods to keep from getting ripped off. I have not received a reply to my PM reply as of right now.

Just wanted to clear the air a little and maybe help to ease the minds of those who are concerned about being scammed.... I am not a scammer lol but I did laugh a little when I read this thread! No worries I would be cautious too and I understand why it was a thought but anyway I really don't know anything about what I'm looking at when it comes to these cards and while trying to figure out if I had a bunch of junk or something worth looking at, I found this site and thought it would at least steer me in the right direction if nothing else.  I was a young kid when my grandmother started collecting these and to be honest I never followed baseball so when I found all these after she passed I had no clue where to even start! Thanks to everyone who replied to the messages I got some helpful info and that's really all I was looking to get but rest assured I'm not by any means a scammer lol thanks for yalls time though 

Oh and I clearly stated I KNOW you can't go off an auction price, the point was that it couldn't have been one of the cards from that time frame that aren't worth anything that's all! Not trying to get rich! Just trying to get some info that leads in the right direction that's all!!

I figured as much, but you would help your case here to list some of the cards in your "Collection" on this site. You added one card and oddly, it's one I've never even heard of before. Replying to PM's sent back to you would be a big help in figuring out what you can do with this collection. I gave you plenty of info in my reply PM. I'm still happy to share more info if you give more details about what you have. But this site has most of the info you need to know for what you have. Search by sport for the year and brand and this site gives you the complete checklist. Then you can click "Inserts and Related Sets" to see the Insert Sets and parallels and promos/samples, etc.

I'm sure many members here are willing to help you figure out what you have to inform you about them. Not everyone here thinks everyone else is trying to scam them. I am always willing to spread my knowledge of cards. Reply to my previous PM and we'll talk more.

This one is easy. You send the cards and when he gets them he will send you the money. But that will never happen and now your out the cards.

Candice, we do have some great members here and if you want to share your location we do have members that if they are in that area may be willing to look at your cards and give you an opinion as to any value.

I talked with Candice on the phone yesterday for about an hour. I hope to get by and check out her collection within the week. She just has a collection she has been handed and just doesn't know what to do with it. I am in that area for work twice a week so I was gonna stop and check it out. She seems to be legit to me. I really bragged on TCDB and let her know we would be very helpful to her. I understand concerns as I have been taken from other sites a couple of times. Thank Goodness PayPal was able to make it right. I believe this to be someone trying to get info on what to do with her Cards.

I find it to be an unfair comment. I live in a small town in Alberta Canada and we do NOT have door to door mail so we have to go to our local post office and get a PO Box number for all mail we receive. Just know that some of us have no other choice.
