The reason his jersey doesn't match is because this picture is from the East-West Shrine bowl where they wear a single uniform but they all wear their own helmets.

An All-Star game jersey with the identifying school helmet… Can that be justification for “dressing up for Halloween” to get this 10/31 card on the RCotD Coincidences list? ;)
